Section 01

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

✅ Once your order is processed and handed to our shipping partner, you will receive a WhatsApp notification with your tracking number.

During peak seasons (festive periods, sales events), processing may take up to 3 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India through our logistics partners. International shipping is not available at this time.

Certain remote locations (Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, high-altitude areas) may have limited serviceability or longer delivery timelines. You will be notified at checkout if your pin code is not serviceable.

ℹ️ We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a complete delivery address with pin code.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A WhatsApp notification with your AWB (tracking) number
  • A link to track your order on the courier partner's website

You can also track your order anytime by visiting My Account → Track Order on our website.

📱 Make sure your WhatsApp number is correct in your profile to receive timely shipping updates.
Section 06

Delayed Deliveries

Deliveries may be delayed due to:

  • Natural calamities, floods, or severe weather
  • Public holidays or bandh situations
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • High-volume periods (Diwali, wedding season, etc.)
  • Courier partner operational issues

In case of significant delay, please contact us at support@myalankarini.com and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Section 07

Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked as undelivered, the following will happen:

  • The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times
  • After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
  • We will contact you via WhatsApp to arrange redelivery
ℹ️ Redelivery charges may apply if the original delivery failure was due to customer unavailability or incorrect address.

If you choose not to accept redelivery, a refund will be processed after deducting shipping charges (both forward and return).

Section 08

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders. Please note:

  • COD orders are limited to 1 COD order per customer per day to prevent fraud
  • Please keep exact change ready at the time of delivery
  • COD is not available for orders above ₹2,000
  • Repeated COD order refusals may result in COD being disabled for your account
💡 We recommend paying online (UPI/Card) for faster processing and easier returns.
